All “SAP-HR” projects, clients are migrating to “SAP SuccessFactors Cloud HCM” as SAP itself acquired Success Factors and replacing SAP-HR from the development market. If everything is changing towards Success Factors, what makes you stop at SAP-HCM only?
Success Factors training differs from traditional SAP training and certification and has many activities that are extremely different for SAP Consultants who have undertaken SAP HCM training. AALINFO is the birth place of Success Factors Training.
What is the Cloud & SF? What is the reason behind SAP HR replacement by SAP SF? – As the entire Globe is moving around the word “Cloud”, now it has become mandatory for every technology or a tool to convert its dynamics, structure, architecture, tradeoffs, and everything into CLOUD. The reason behind this huge competition for SAP-HR is just due to the huge number of trainers available as SAP software for practice is freely available from pirated-market so that so-called Trainer will learn and teach without a day of Real-Time Experience. As far as our decades of technology expertise, worked for many enterprise allocations and its development, we’ve seen all the hell ‘n’ back of resources when they get recruited. What does a course entail? – The length and content of each Success Factors Module will be vast and vary. Each module assumes few proposed hours of study per day and it is strongly advised to schedule no other work during the course time as this impedes the ability to learn the content and pass the course. The length of each module is listed in the text area of this e-mail.
Do I need training? Can’t I just learn on the Job? – Although this practice does occur with SAP HCM, but without taking the training it is not possible to see & practice SF software. In addition, there are many nuances to each solution that would not be known without taking SF training by Real-Time Corporate Ladder.
Do we have Classroom training also? – Yes, we have started Classroom training also as few people are eager to attend In-House training. But noteworthy is Online and Classroom training is of the same cost as we reduced the fee of Online Training considering working people as they can’t travel to our place every day. Anyhow the quality of training would be the same in either the ways. We use Gotomeeting Portal for Online training which is very easy to access. If any class missed we will request the Trainer to record the session with a prior intimation. Participants who want to attend online can use the AALINFO infrastructure also if they want any peaceful environment during weekends for practice.
Can I see & Practice on SF software? – Yes, that’s can be happened by AALINFO. As its not an installable software and not available from Hyderabad pirated market streets. Everyone thinks that there won’t be an opportunity to work with the tool instead of reading screenshots. AALINFO is only the organization providing cloud instance for all students to practice 24/7 during the training days and another 1 month after finishing the course. Daily 15 Hours of equipped and managed Lab will also be provided by AALINFO. When we started SF Training when it was an individual company, we could able to provide only screenshots in the past for practice, but soon SAP got acquired SF, we started offering Cloud Software Instance also to each individual without charging extra along with the course program.
What sort of experience do I need? – There is no particular experience required. If having experience in any other HR/HCM Technology can make them easy to compare but anybody from any other domains also can understand very easily when Trainer is giving his teaching with Real-Time examples with current industry business needs.
Are there any prerequisites to take the Training? – As mentioned above, to undertake any module of the Success Factors course you must complete the Introduction to Mastery module which comes first in queue and its includes in training. Always 2B’s, Blank Mind and Blind Practice are prerequisites to become an expert in any domain.
What about Certification? – Customers/Clients will hire only Certified Candidates in any cloud technology in SAP.

But certification comes next to the expertise, experience, and knowledge in SuccessFactors in order to get the job.
